Building the Case and Implementing Succession Planning In Your Organization

This course will identify the ‘why’ for the importance of creating a Succession Plan for your organization. It will also provide a ‘how’, a ‘Best Practice’ approach to building and maintaining a Succession Plan at your organization. The participant will be asked to think through not only the positives for succession planning but anticipate the challenges. The course will be facilitated as a workshop, allowing the participant to leave the session with the philosophy and tools for building a Succession Plan that will provide your organization a long-term approach to strategic staffing. During this hands-on session you will learn how to create a project charter, collect basic requirements, create a work breakdown structure, and do a network diagram needed to build a project schedule.
