All candidates for PHR and SPHR Certification must meet the
eligibility requirements (exempt level HR experience and education)
established by the HR Certification Institute www.hrci.org.
If you are taking this course in preparation for the examination it is
your responsibility to confirm eligibility to test prior to enrolling in
this course. NIU does not assume any responsibility for ensuring that
candidates are eligible to sit for the exams.
