Shipping Charges

Please include a shipping charge of $5.00 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional book. For orders outside the U.S.A., please add $9.50 for the first book and $5.00 for each additional book.

Payment

All orders from individuals must be accompanied by a check (in U.S. dollars drawn from a U.S. bank), a United States money order, or a credit card number. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
