The Science, Engineering, and Technology House is located in the D wing of Douglas Hall, comprised of floor programs for:
Living in the SET House allows you to expand your career preperation through trips to regional laboratories and industrial facilities. The SET House offers advisors, department chairs, and deans from its three main academic disciplines who work with hall staff to create programs that appeal to students across multiple science and technology fields. Activities include dinners with discussions led by faculty and career and social events.
Requirements:
To live in the Science, Engineering and Technology (SET) House, freshmen must have a 21+ ACT and major in engineering, computer science fields, or other related science fields. Incoming transfer students must have a 2.5 GPA to be eligible. If a student in the SET House falls below a 2.5 GPA, it is strongly encouraged that they attend tutoring which is available to SET House students in Douglas Hall.
