Mike presented the Composite Risk approach to risk management used by the United States Army in dealing with military operations, military and civilian personnel, military and civilian family members, facilities (residence's, schools, recreation facilities, commissaries, roadways, etc.) found on military installations. He went on explain how these concepts were used in the training programs for all military personnel from the newest recruit to the highest ranking officer.
