Single Occupancy insures a private room with at least one bed and amenities for one person. Double Occupancy provides two beds and amenities for two people.

1.Reservations can be made via the web.
If you do not have access to the web you may also call 815-753-1444 to reach the Hotel Desk. Rooms are available for Friday as well but reservations must be made by phone.
2. All reservations and payment for rooms must be made with a credit card. Any lost or damaged articles, or lost keys ($150 lost key charge), will also be charged to that credit card. Guests may not pay with cash or check once they arrive on site.
3. Refunds will be issued up to one week before the event - minus a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after June 15, 2008. No refunds will be issued for "no shows".
4. For teams who are interested in reserving a floor please make sure to have the number of rooms you need confirmed before you call NIU reservations. Room blocks will have to be secured with a credit card and follow the same procedures for refunds and cancellations as individual reservations. This is to insure that the greatest number of rooms remain available for all participants.
5. Room types and configurations vary and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Rates are based only on number of people in the room and not room type to simplify reservation process. Room type requests will only be honored for accessibility needs. Each floor must be filled before we begin filling the next floor.
6. Amenities for your stay include: air-conditioning, micro fridge, pillow, blanket, and packet of two (2) towels, washcloth, two (2) sheets and a pillowcase. Alarm clocks, hangers and personal toiletries are not provided. The bathrooms are semi-private or community in nature.
