Ingredient Database

The following database contains many of the foods served in the dining halls and their ingredients. Residential Dining is continually working to update and improve their recipes. While Residential Dining will attempt to keep the database updated, it is possible that a food may not be listed or may have been altered since the last update of the database. In addition, the products used in Residential Dining may change based on vendor availability. Residential Dining is not liable for a change in product that may contain a food allergen. If you find a food that is not listed, believe a recipe may have been changed, or have any questions or comments about dishes served, please contact the Assistant Director and Chef, Ken Whitney at whitney@niu.edu.
