A degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering opens the door to an impactful career in a wide range of commercial, retail and service-based industries. With your future success a priority, we developed an integrated approach that helps you understand the entire life cycle of a product or service from design and production to delivery and customer support.

Our curriculum aims to give you the tools to improve productivity, save money and effectively use resources in jobs across a variety of industries that include entertainment, transportation, shipping services and health care. You’ll learn from our faculty – who have a wealth of diverse industrial experiences – how to assess and analyze supply chains and ergonomics and how to optimize operations.

As a student seeking a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial and Systems Engineering, you may choose to add an emphasis in: Health Systems Engineering; Manufacturing Systems; or Engineering Management. If you’re looking to pursue an advanced degree, we have two Master of Science (M.S.) options: Engineering Management and Industrial Engineering.
