Undergraduate/Graduate Withdrawal Schedule for Reduction of Fall Charges

University Withdrawals:

The following schedule indicates the last date your withdrawal from the university must be processed to receive a reduction of charges:

Standard Sessions Last Date to Receive a 100% Reduction of Tuition and Fees Last Date to Receive a Partial Reduction of Tuition and Fees
 16 Week Regular September 7, 2012 November 2, 2012
 14 Week September 21, 2012 November 7, 2012
 8 Week 1st Half August 31, 2012 September 28, 2012
 8 Week 2nd Half October 26, 2012 November 23, 2012

 

Course Withdrawals:

The following schedule indicates the last date your withdrawal from a course must be processed to receive a reduction of charges:

Standard Sessions Last Date to Receive a 100% Reduction of Tuition and Fees Last Date to Receive a 25% Reduction of Tuition and Fees
 16 Week Regular  September 7, 2012 September 25, 2012
 14 Week September 21, 2012 October 9, 2012
 8 Week 1st Half August 31, 2012 September 10, 2012
 8 Week 2nd Half October 26, 2012 November 5, 2012

 

Dynamic Dated, Special Courses, Short Courses:

The university may designate shorter reduction periods for dynamic dated classes, special courses, short courses, and other enrollments of a limited nature. The dates of the reduction periods for such non-standard classes will vary according to the start dates and length of the class session.
