Direct Deposit of Funds
Sign-up: Direct Deposit offers a timely, reliable, and safe way to deliver your refund to your checking or savings account. You can sign up for Direct Deposit by completing the Direct Deposit Form and attaching a voided check or savings deposit slip with your account information on it. The process may take at least two weeks to become effective.
Return the completed form with voided check or savings deposit slip to:

or, you can drop it in one of the Bursar Office Drop Boxes or turn it in to the Accounts Receivable Office located in Swen Parson Hall Room 210.
Cancellation: Simply complete a new 
Direct Deposit Form (pdf) and indicate cancellation. Return the cancellation form as indicated above.
