2006 NIU Summer Office Hours
As announced by President Peters, NIU will again implement a four-day work week for the DeKalb campus
during the summer of 2006. The four-day work week schedule will begin on Monday, June 5 and extend through
Friday, August 11. The regular five-day schedule will resume as of Monday, August 14.
During the Monday through Thursday work week, university offices will be open from 7:30 a.m. through 5:30 p.m. each day.
All university offices will be closed on Friday with limited exceptions related to essential service functions and other
events/functions that may be scheduled at the university during the summer time frame.

Join the NIU Alumni Association on Friday, July 21 and watch as the Washington Nationals take on the
Chicago Cubs. All costs are per person and include a game ticket as well as the pregame reception featuring
a ballpark buffet and beverages. The reception will be held 1 1/2 hours before game time.
