Articulation Handbook

The Transfer Center is responsible for updating, producing and distributing the Articulation Handbook annually. The handbook consists of two sections:

• White Pages -  a guide to the policies governing acceptance of transfer credit by NIU. This serves as a supplement to the Undergraduate Catalog. The 2007-2008 Articulation Handbook for Illinois Community Colleges White Pages will be in effect for Fall 2007, Spring 2008, and Summer 2008.
• Articulation Tables - an alphabetical course listing (by school) that provides a course-by-course listing of those courses that have been reviewed by NIU for transfer purposes. NIU has an articulation table for every Illinois Public Community College and Lincoln College. The Articulation Tables provide students with written verification of how their courses will transfer to NIU, if taken within the appropriate time period indicated on each table.
