I come to you with 14 years of experience in Admissions and Financial Aid. I started my career in the Financial Aid Office at a couple of colleges in the Chicago area, eventually becoming a Director of Financial Aid at Barat College in Lake Forest, Illinois. Because Financial Aid works closely with Admissions, I began to see the rewards and benefits of also working on the Admissions side. So, I made the switch and have never looked back. I have traveled throughout Chicagoland and across the country representing both Kendall College and Northwestern University talking with students and families one-on-one and in group settings. Students are THE primary reason that I have dedicated my career to admissions and financial aid for over a decade. It is immensely rewarding.
The college search process is very important and we have assembled some of the most passionate and knowledgeable people you will come across when you visit campuses. Please take advantage of all that we can share with you and you will leave here after your visit with a solid grasp of what the advantages are of an NIU education.
