In order to continue to provide student-centered services and programs, management of our facility is an integral part of running an effective center.
Facilities Management Intern responsibilities include assistance with: maintaining up-to-date inventory of equipment and supplies, submitting work requests, reporting needs for building and grounds upkeep, selecting equipment and/or furniture from NIU Inventory Control when available, reporting aesthetic needs of building and grounds; developing proposals for equipment needed, maintaining key control records for the center.
Internship may include evening hours and occasional weekends.
